Cozy stay with fab food
We were so glad we chose this spot! The staff were super friendly, and our double room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was lush, especially with good veggie options! The only small thing was that the dinner menu could’ve had a bit more variety. Can't wait to come back for more!

The warm and welcoming staff made our experience exceptional, especially during dinner where attentive service complemented the delicious full English breakfast served with a range of options. The location was convenient, allowing for easy access to local attractions, although the nearby shops were quiet on Sunday. The slightly dated bedroom was immaculately clean and notably quiet, ensuring a restful night. A suggestion for improvement would be clearer signage for the parking area, as it can be easily overlooked.

This was just an appropriate option for a weekend escape in Oakham with outstanding value for money. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious and really made our evening special. For a quieter stay, try to avoid rooms above the lounge on weekends.
